Kelli
Bowers
U.S. Women's Open Competitor · NCAA Coach · LIV Golf Operator · Founder, The Course Collective
"I've sat in every seat in this game. Now I'm building the seat that was missing."

Built from the inside out.
Kelli Bowers has lived golf from every angle — as a competitor who qualified for the U.S. Women's Open, a coach who spent seven years developing collegiate talent at Grand Canyon University, and an executive now running operations and partnerships for a professional LIV Golf franchise.
She earned her stripes on the Symetra Tour, honed her craft in the NCAA coaching box, and now operates at the highest levels of the professional game as Head of Team Operations and Partnerships for KGC. Along the way, she also earned her MBA in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
But through every role — player, coach, operator — she kept seeing the same gap. Golf is one of the most powerful networking tools in professional life. And women were consistently being left out of it.
Not because they weren't capable. Because no one had built the right on-ramp.
"The golf course is where deals get done, relationships get built, and careers take unexpected turns. Professional women deserve to be in that room — confident, prepared, and completely at home."
Professional Tour
Competed at the highest levels of women's professional golf, developing the discipline, mental toughness, and course management skills that underpin everything The Course Collective teaches.
NCAA Women's Golf
Discovered a deep passion for mentoring and development — and realized that the best coaching doesn't just build swings, it builds confidence. That philosophy became the foundation of every TCC program.
Head of Team Operations & Partnerships
Operates at the intersection of professional sport, brand strategy, and business — giving The Course Collective a perspective on the game that goes far beyond the fairway.
Why The Course Collective exists.
After years at every level of this sport, Kelli noticed something consistent: women were underrepresented on the course in every professional setting that mattered. Corporate tournaments, client outings, pro-am invitations — the fields lacked balance, and too many capable women were sitting those opportunities out.
The Course Collective exists to change that. Not through hours of technical range work, but through practical, memorable tools that give women the confidence to show up — on any course, in any group, in any professional moment — and own it completely.
Because the game doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be yours.
